Terms and Conditions – Review Removal Services

1. Scope of Services
We provide reputation management services focused on identifying and appealing Google reviews that may violate platform policies, including but not limited to misleading, defamatory, fake, or conflict-of-interest-based content. Our service includes audit, eligibility assessment, appeal preparation, and handling of the dispute process on your behalf.

2. Eligibility & Assessment
Each review is individually assessed before proceeding. We do not guarantee that all submitted reviews will qualify for removal, as outcomes depend on platform policies and case-specific factors.

3. Trial Offer
A one-time trial may be offered for a single review removal. Payment is only required if the trial review is successfully removed. This trial is provided as a demonstration of service capability.

4. Pricing Structure
Pricing varies per review depending on complexity, visibility, age, and other influencing factors. Costs typically range between $250 and $1,900 per review. Discounted pricing may apply for bulk requests or packages.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is required in advance for all service packages unless otherwise agreed in writing.

As a one-time exception, partial payment options may be offered (e.g., 50% upfront and the remaining balance upon completion). by email communication only

Work on additional reviews beyond the trial will not proceed without the required payment confirmation.

Any exceptions granted do not establish precedent for future engagements.

6. Exception Policy
In rare cases, we may proceed with limited additional work without full upfront payment as a gesture of good faith. Such exceptions are strictly one-time accommodations and do not apply to future services.

7. Service Timeline
Once payment is received, our team aims to deliver results within 24 hours. However, timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the case and external platform processes.

8. No Guarantee Clause
While we maintain a high success rate and apply proven strategies, we cannot guarantee the removal of every review due to the independent nature of third-party platforms.

9. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information, including review links and relevant details required for assessment and processing.

10. Confidentiality & Discretion
Clients agree not to publicly disclose or state that review removals were conducted through paid services. Maintaining discretion supports the integrity and effectiveness of the process.

11. Platform Dependency
All actions are subject to the policies and decisions of third-party platforms (e.g., Google). We are not affiliated with these platforms and cannot control their final decisions.

12. Refund Policy
Payments are tied to service execution and effort. Trial reviews are risk-free (no removal = no charge). For paid services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced, particularly where appeals have already been submitted.

13. Future Engagements
All future service packages will require advance payment unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Previous exceptions will not carry forward.

14. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with our services and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
